BreezeBooth for Apple

What if I dont have an active BreezeBooth for Apple subscription?

You will still be able to access your EventKite account. Any images uploaded from your device will have the usual Watermark that's applied after the 10 free sessions each day.

DSLR Remote Pro

12 months access to the Standard EventKite plan is included with all new licenses, and renewed as part of your annual updates.

What is the "Minimum Support Version"?

The MSV is the oldest version of DSLR Remote Pro that grants you EventKite access. This is currently version 3.20.1. The MSV will change as new versions are released, and is design to approximately align with the annual upgrade cycle. This means you may not necessarily need to be on the very latest version, but rather a recent version.

What if Im using a version older than the Minimum Supported Version?

You will still be able to access your EventKite account. Any sessions uploaded from your device will be held in quarantine. On confirmation of license upgrade, these sessions will be released.

What if the MSV changes during an event?

There is a 7 Day Grace Period, so any events in progress will not be impacted.

Minimum Requirements

To use EventKite you must be on at least the minimum supported version on the product you are using. Whilst previous versions of the apps may support the ability to upload to cloud galleries, they will be lacking the specific features required to integrate with EventKite, which will lead to failed uploads.
