QR Code on the Sharing Screen
Images can be shared from the sharing screen by scanning a QR code. This QR code will take users to their specific session in EventKite, where they can be viewed, downloaded or shared to social media.

DSLR Remote Pro Setup
First copy the Gallery or Microsite URL from the EventKite Settings.
Then copy the Gallery or Microsite URL in to the QR Code field:
- Go to File > QR Code setup...
- Add the EventKite URL to the QR Code field
Next you need to enable the QR Code on the sharing screen.
This assumes you already have sharing enabled with the required share.jpg screen
- Go to Advanced Settings > Output Settings
- Enable Display QR Code in sharing screen
Then we need to adjust the position of the QR Code that is displayed on the sharing screen.
- Go to Advanced Settings > Touchscreen Settings
- Right click on the screen and select Share: share.jpg screen
The Share QR code area defaults to the bottom right corner of the screen. You will most likely want to move it to a more prominent position.
- Grab the Share QR code area action, and move it to your preferred location
- Grab the corners of the action to scale it up to your preferred size
- Right Click and select Exit and then save your touch screen settings
Run a test session, and you should now see on the sharing screen a QR code that can be scanned.
Breeze Booth for Apple Setup
First copy the Gallery or Microsite URL from the EventKite Settings.
Then copy the Gallery or Microsite URL in to the Display QR Code in sharing screens field:
- Edit your Event in the Event Editor
- Go to the Share tab and enable Display QR code in sharing screens
- Add the EventKite URL to the QR Code field
Next we need to adjust the position of the QR Code that is displayed on the sNext you need to enable the QR Code on the sharing screen.
This assumes you already have sharing enabled with the required share.jpg or share.png screen
- Go to General > Touchscreen Actions
- Grab the Share QR code area action, and move it to your preferred location
- Grab the corners of the action to scale it up to your preferred size
- Save your settings
Run a test session, and you should now see on the sharing screen a QR code that can be scanned.
