Pushing Events

Pushing Events is the fastest and simplest way to create events in EventKite. This works especially well for 'rinse and repeat' type events (eg, weddings and parties) where the branding is all the same (eg, branded as your company name). If you need to customize the branding of each gallery Linking Events is usually a better option.

Naming the Event

The event name in EventKite is determined by the Event Name set in DSLR Remote Pro. To configure this go to File > Photo booth event info...

Set the Event Date

EventKite Gallery ID's are based on a combination of the Event Name and Event Date. If you have two events on the same day, with the same name you will need to change the name of one of them to avoid a conflict.

The event name in EventKite is determined by the Event Name set in the Event Editor.

Edit your event in the Event Editor
Set or Edit the Event Name
Optionally set the Description (this will be used for the Gallery and Microsite descriptions)
